Principle Commercial Officer

Salary £30K = Excellent Benefits

Reporting to the Commercial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial input for major tenders, preparing quotations, preparation and negotiation of contracts and contractual agreements across all the Business Units.

Responsibilties:

Evaluating and preparing responses to customer’s enquires and invitations to Tender.
Negotiating contracts with UK/overseas commercial customers and with UK Ministry of Defence (MOD).
Liaison with customers at all levels.

Attributes:

Proven track record of relevant experience within Commercial/Contracts Department.
Must be familiar with MOD contract conditions and MOD procedures.
Working knowledge of PFI contracts would be beneficial.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Some UK and Overseas travel will be required.
