A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated audio visual systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a Customer Relationship Associate to enhance the current managed services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and will thrive under the pressure of supporting a large number of on-site engineers utilising all of your organisation skills to maximum effect.
“Support service”
The Role: * You will be first point of contact for after service queries
* Dealing with client follow up calls and preparing paperwork for site reports
* Talking to clients regarding service issues and information
* Enhance customer satisfaction
* the ability to relay back technical information to the Helpdesk team * Will have a professional and confident telephone manner
* The aptitude and ability to prioritise work load working effectively
and efficiently at all times
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Will have an excellent telephone manner and excellent customer service experience
Benefits: * 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period)
* 23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length
of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year
