A fluent German speaking individual with a good Customer Service, Client Relationship background, the ability to multi-task, good organizational skills and good computer skills, has an excellent opportunity for career progression and recognition. You will be expected to retain existing major accounts through service excellence by building strong customer business relationships in addition to dealing with customers, management and staff in relation to many important matters.
It is essential that you speak fluent German/English and have a solid commercial Client Relationship/Customer Service background with the ability to develop and continually improve working relationships whilst aiming to improve service levels to ensure the efficient resolution of any customer issues or requests. You must have the ability to build relationships both internally and externally and have Knowledge of using databases.
