Leading Online agency are recruiting a Web Projects Team Manager to manager and lead on all Technical & Creative projects.

You will be responsible through motivation and effective management of a team of technical and creative specialists for the design, development and timely delivery of high quality web based projects form the Projects Team. This will include marketing promotions (covering both Online & offline creative), website redesigns and alignment IT projects.

You will have 5 direct reports who are designers and developers who you will lead, manage and inspire throughout design projects.

You will come from a strong design background with strong technical and Strong IA/Usability experience from an agency background.

Strong knowledge in the following software is required;- Flash & Actionscript, XHTML, CSS, XML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Double-click
