Leading Online agency are recruiting a Web Design Team Leader to manager their European Territories

You will be responsible for the motivation and effective management of a team of web designers for the design, development and timely delivery of highest quality websites to all European territories and any other designated departments in support of territory commercial plans and associated marketing activities.

The European team consists of 23 designers and you will have 6 direct reports of Team Leaders who are based throughout Europe. You must therefore have experience of managing managers.

Strong knowledge in the following software is required;- Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, CSS, XML as well as user experience knowledge.

Successful candidates will be from a design background and will now be working in a Pan-European management role responsible for design and delivery. Excellent people skills is a must!
