Salary
£48k + Car + Pension + Private Healthcare

Role Description
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on multi million pound Schools projects in North Lincolnshire.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be looking over various parts of the project from health and safety, environmental, labour, plant, materials or various sections of the project. Typical day to day tasks could include managing the compilation and recording of applications for payment, Costs reports and Cash flow forecasts

Experience required
You will need to have experience in a quantity surveyor role and ideally on Schools and Construction projects. A qualification is also required to support your experience.

Benefits Package
£48000 dependant on experience + car /allowance + pension and healthcare.
