The Company

My client provides complex building services solutions to a wide range of industries, from utilities to manufacturing to commercial office builds to governmental development projects. With a portfolio of multi-million £ projects underway and a long, stable track record of growth and innovation, there are significant expansion plans underway.
Depending on your level of seniority, the successful candidate will be carrying out cradle to grave mechanical and HVAC design for building services for a diverse range of projects.

The Role

Using software such as TAS, IES or HEVACOMP you will be working with principal contractors, and liaising between Architects and Structural Engineers to design mechanical solutions from scratch. This includes taking in all legal design requirements, documentation, H+S etc for the full design of mechanical services including HVAC, radiators, drainage, piping etc.

The Person

You must:

*Have an mechanical design track record for a building services company, consultancy or contractor
*Be familiar with at least 1 of the following Mechanical Design packages: HEVACOMP, TAS, IES.
