Field Supervisor

My client a Leader within Property and facilities maintenance have position arise for a field Supervisor.

The Role (brief):

Reporting directly to the Contracts manager, You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a schedule of all tasks allocated and provide support for their MOD contract.

This will include daily running of maintenance and installation contracts.
Monitor productivity to achieve value for money.
undertake staff appraisals and provide guidance and training as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience of this position within the industry whether it be Gas and Heating, M&E etc.
You will posses sufficient technical knowledge, posses excellent communication skills, be computer literate. Have the ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve to a suitable outcome.
Experience of working within strict ISO9001 policies and processes.
