Role Description
To prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a wide variety of projects. These will include repair and maintenance of council houses, corporate buildings and capital works up to a value of £2 million. You will be supplementing the existing team by getting involved with the first principles, putting tender information together, pricing and gaining quotes/buying from the existing supply chain.

Required Experience
To be suitable for this role you must have a qualification and an extensive background in Quantity Surveying. You will also have excellent knowledge on how to estimate under contract law.
