My client a leading non profitable organisation is looking for Web Editor to bring together the content for the new website based on the new brand guildlinesContributing to the way we present our brand visually and editorially within a digital environment. You will Ensure quality in all our online work – ensuring all content is relevant, timely, user-focused, well written and grammatically correct and ensure our user experience and information architecture remain robust throughout the lifecycle of the site. You will ensure we have a cohesive presence across all digital touch points – sites, emails, marketing communications, external sites (Wikipedia etc) and a understanding of the key motivations of our user group, while understanding of the core aims of the organisation and key stakeholder areas within that, re-writing and sub-editing text and image content and optimising images for the web using Photoshop. You MUST have a Minimum four years experience of working on a major consumer website in an editorial role and have experience of working on major web projects and an understanding of how large websites go together and the risk and laws around them with experience of working in large digital project teams.
