Your major challenges in this role will redevelopment of credit risk economical capital and design of a highly effective impairment forecasting process. This is a critical role in the creation of a world class Credit Risk capability that aims to be a key competitive advantage for my client. It will provide a framework for forecasting impairment and credit risk economic capital across all countries in the Nordics.

To be successful in this role, you need to be university educated and you will have at least 2 years experience within credit risk with advanced skills in SAS. You will posses a strong understanding of Basel II requirements and Impairment Provisioning. You are structured and use your initiative when solving problems.

You will be responsible for all Credit Risk Economic Capital calculations and ensuring compliance with Basel II standards. This will include developing, in conjunction with the Decision Science team, probability of default, exposure at default and loss given default models. You will also be in charge of development of a robust stress testing process, ensuring the appropriate scenarios have been developed, a well structured impact assessment conducted, key macro and internal triggers established and monitored, and an agreed set of management actions developed.
