Process Excellence is an Operations Strategic initiative central to the delivery of our clients Operations Mission and sponsored by the Investment Banking Operations Management Committee. This programme is therefore very high profile.
The program has been in place for three years with strong leadership and sponsorship from the Operations Management Committee. It is focussed heavily on F2B re-engineering and continuous improvement, with year on year productivity, risk and client service deliveries. The approach is a pragmatic one, blending key elements of Lean and six sigma tailored to an Investment Banking environment.
We are keen to talk with experienced Programme managers with a background implementing Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Delivery focussed with a sense of urgency, you will 1st and foremost be practical and pragmatic in your approach with a passion for Process / Continuous Improvement and the necessary gravitas to be credible with Operations Senior management (globally and regionally). Able to deal with ambiguity, you will possess strong presentation, networking and influencing skills, have a solid grounding and practical application experience in Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Process Management and Problem Solving
Industry experience from a sophisticated high value/ high volume transactional / service environment is preferred.
