Previous Airbus experience preferred, and a relevant stress / design background in an aerospace environment is essential. Candidates will preferably have experience in leading large projects and programmes, and managing engineering teams.

Preference will be given to those with an analysis / design background rather than manufacturing.

Project management and man management skills are essential.

Relevant engineering degree preferred.

Travel will be required between numerous sites in the South West.
