Job Description

Management of Quality aspects of Major Space Project including:

Quality Vetting of proposals from suppliers for various equipments and subsystems, including participation in supplier selection.

Preparation of Project Product Assurance Plans and Requirements.

Approval of supplier’s PA plans.

Participation in Qualification and Design Reviews, Manufacturing readiness reviews, Test reviews.

Performing Audits and Inspection points at suppliers.

Interfacing with Customers and suppliers for Quality matters, including Non-conformance review boards, Delivery Review Boards.

Reporting on Quality issues to management.

Interfacing with specialists from other Quality related disciplines such as Materials and Processes, Reliability, Electronic components.
