Mission
To efficiently provide and maintain secure facilities, equipment and related manpower resources to ensure AIT Project are proactively and comprehensively supported.
To establish the infrastructure for the development and optimisation of facilities and logistics processes in line with future business needs.
To ensure that AIT facilities conform with Health & Safety & Environmental Control requirements

Internal & External Relationships
Internal
Interface between the operational staff and the AIT project Lead Engineers (mechanical & electrical) and the AIT project manager. Close liaison to other project shift leaders, in support of short term operational needs.
External
Interfacing with Logistics Service Providers, National &International Authorities and Equipment Suppliers.

Planning & Management of Property Developments (Site Services Liaison)
Storage & Distribution Pre & Post Project Delivery.
Motorised Equipment Training
The control of hazardous /high value/hyper
sensitive goods in high-risk areas/ on site.
Craneage
The preparation of Flight equipment
Planning and provision of Test equipment iaw
Schedule needs
National & International logistics/transportation
The handling & storage of EGSE/MGSE
Critical measurement of equipment against Project specification.
