e-Catalogue and electronic Procurement Data Management & reporting inputter, 12 months contract based in Portsmouth rate to 14 per hour
Qualifications and/or Skills (BC to SC clearance)
Understanding of supply chain management and process and internal company relationships
IT qualified and proficient in SAP R3, Microsoft Office, e-Catalogue
Solid and demonstrable skills in data analysis, KPI development and reporting
Previous Experience
Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated knowledge of working within a multi-national, multi-site team environment
Role could be suitable for an IT Graduate with e-Catalogue/ data base experience
Job Outline
Access, preparation and reporting of e-Catalogue and supply chain data
Co-ordination, reporting and presentation of data both internally within Astrium business and externally with e-Catalogue suppliers
Substantiate and prepare data trend analysis for team understanding and basis for management reporting Develop/extract data through analysis of spend savings, deviation through Key Performance Indicators
