Equipment Supply Manager
Role
Manage the purchase phase of the supply core process and deliver equipments to programme/projects on time, fulfilling performance, quality and budget requirements
Main responsibilities
Manage Subcontracts/Work Orders negotiation and kick-off of subcontracts and work orders
Perform the follow-up of the supplier from Kick Off to delivery; as such, is the focal point of contact with the supplier in the purchase phase; report to programmes/projects on progress, issues, schedule and cost
Manage change requests and change notices in the purchase phase
Ensure fulfilment of export control regulations such as ITAR
Account for the total cost of ownership in the purchase phase including the contribution of support functions in order to protect the savings made at time of ATP
Manage the acceptance and delivery process
Maintain metrics related to the execution of the contract (schedule, quality)
Provide post delivery support as requested by programmes and projects
Support the procurement phase of the supply process: preparation of requirements, supplier proposal evaluation, supplier negotiation and selection
Support the risks and lessons learnt process
Support the supplier evaluation and development process
