Engineering Training Manager

Wynnwith have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced Engineering Training Manager to be based in Bahrain.

Our client is one of the largest airport handling companies in the Gulf and they are now looking for an Engineering Training Manager to lead and develop the training aspect of their company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Management of an EASA Part 147 approved Technical Training Centre in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Develop and build upon the facets of the facility including recruitment of personnel and implementation of all Technical Training in accordance with the requirements of EASA and company policies.
• Maintain the highest standards in all Training courses for Aircraft Technicians, Engineers and Maintenance Certifying Staff etc.
• Ensure that the Technical Training meets the needs of customers and requirements of approvals held.
• Maintain relevant contacts with external institutions such as Agencies, Civil Aviation Authorities, and Training Associations etc in the region.

Requirements:

• Experience of Technical Training in the Aircraft Industry is essential.
• Bachelor degree or similar education in a Technical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership and management functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, social and communications skills as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Good knowledge of EASA PART 145 and 147 requirements.
• Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
