Project Engineer required for leading aerospace manufacturing company based in Hampshire.

The role will involve being part of team of Engineers as well as leading small Project Teams on new product introduction, process changes and continuous improvement activities.

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the product into production as well as meeting all targets such as costs, hours, materials etc.

Solving any day-to-day issues as well as the re-engineering of any existing work will also be part of the requirement. In addition, the role will involve the design/manufacture of various tooling used in the manufacture of components and assemblies.

Candidates need to be able to assess and understand drawings of components and sub-assemblies as well as having worked with composite material before.

You need to hold appropriate qualifications as well as be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a manufacturing/engineering environment. Candidates need to have good working knowledge of composites.
