Education: Batchelor or university level; studies in economics or technical fields

Language Skills: English (French or German is a plus)

Purchasing/ Supply Management Professional, ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience in the area of FM or Logistics in an international company

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure best-in-class frame agreements under due consideration of total cost of ownership; Lead Multi-functional Teams in order to address all levers of cost reduction: commercial, service level and demand management.

Set up and run RFQs through e-RFX platform, lead negotiations with suppliers.

Ensure proper and auditable procurement process is put in place.

Develop Facility Management (FM) Commodity strategies for Technical-, Infrastructural FM Services and Energy supplies, as well as logisitcs; Ensure continuous communication stream and relationship with suppliers and internal clients;

Ensure delivery of services in time, on cost and quality as specified by requestor.

Ensure coherent reporting process towards line manager and Monitoring and Control Function;
