Excellent opportunity to join a leading provider of technology based solutions & services. A pro-active, highly motivated CAPABILITY LEADER is sought by Fast Jet Evaluation Services to manage their Avionics & Mission Systems Capability. To meet the challenges of the role you must have:
* Technical domain knowledge
* Proactive & effective leadership & mentoring skills
* Exp in the aerospace test & evaluation environment
* Knowledge of UK defence procurement
* Broad knowledge of fast jets desirable
The AVIONICS & MISSION SYSTEMS CAPABILITY LEADER will:
- Develop/maintain Avionics & Mission Systems team skills, knowledge & competencies to support Fast Jet Evaluation Services
- Ensure lessons identified are captured & managed for continuous improvement
- Ensure Industry & domain best practice is identified & appropriately deployed
- Lead development & revision of domain guidance material
