The Role
*Fact finding on lapsed clients to establish why they have left and find Decision Makers for sales people to target in future
*Maintaining contact with existing clients anticipating orders and queries
*Providing general administrative support to the Technical and Sales departments
*Answering all incoming calls, faxes and e-mails and obtaining any missing data. Acknowledge enquiries from clients and pass them to estimating department
*Monitoring of client enquiries to ensure quotes are compiled within timescales
*Send out quotes to customers and compile files when completed by estimators
*Following up quotes with clients in a timely manner, entering timescales into system for sales team to follow
*Generate sales data and present it in required reporting formats
*Maintain accurate company and customer contact information on in house system
The Person
*Must have previous administration experience and a stable record of employment
*Exceptional data input skills
*Experience of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
*Be able to provide a high level of customer service
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
*Numerate
*Outgoing, confident, motivated personality that can manage a large workload and work on their own initiative showing a great level of autonomy
*Organised and able to work strictly to a structured pattern
The Package
*Basic salary of £15,000-£18,000 dependent on experience
*Contributory pension scheme
*Excellent career prospects (role available as previous Sales Administrator now promoted)
*25 days holiday with breaks over Christmas and Bank Holidays with May shut down
