Administration Assistant - Law Firm
The company are a top leading law firm based in Southampton - the ideal candidate will have previous working experience in a highly professional environment working at all levels of business. Being flexible and accommodating working as part of a department team - supporting and taking responsibility for the high level of work you produce.
This is a permanent, full time position. The administration assistant will assist in providing an efficient and effective support service to fee earners and secretaries within the Dispute Resolution team. Previous experience within an office environment is desirable, along with IT literacy and experience of using Word and Excel. The role will involve, primarily, a substantial amount of filing and photocopying. In addition to these duties the administration assistant will:-
• Open files - to include conflict checking
• Prepare files for closure
• Assist with other administrative duties as required
