This manufacturer of packaging machinery for process industries is committed to delivering quality products and customer service. Having posted strong organic growth in 2009 the business is looking to strengthen the sales team to continue this success into 2010.

THE ROLE

As a sales and marketing assistant your role will be both fast paced and varied. Your key responsibilities will be to

1. Manage the day to day upkeep of the CRM system
2. Conduct mail shots
3. Contact incoming enquiries to quantify the need
4. Follow up on existing quotes
5. Telemarketing
6. Help organize exhibitions
7. General sales support and administration

THE CANDIDATE

Currently out client is only accepting application form candidates who have the following backgrounds

1. 1 years + in outbound sales/telemarketing experience
2. Ideally performed a similar role for another engineering company
3. IT literate
4. A positive and outgoing personality
5. Have a UK passport
