Job Title: Training Administrator

Reporting to: Group Training Coordinator

Job Purpose:To co-ordinate and accurately record all technical and soft skills training for employees within the Company

Key Duties:

Responsible for the product, cross checking and co-ordination of course information/joining instructions. Ensuring these are maintained and distributed to all course participants, line managers, training providers, facilities providers where necessary

Ensure all training requests are authorised by relevant cost centre managers

Acts as central contact to all internal course participants and delegates, ensuring assistance and support is provided where necessary

Responsible for accurate data entry of training courses, qualifications, company information and costs

Ensure accurate creation of training agreements against all training requests

Record, copy and distribute all certificates received

Performs all administrative duties i.e. answering the telephone, assisting with queries, typing, filing and any other ad hoc tasks where required within the HR/Training department

Ensure appropriate refreshments are booked, checked and invoiced following Kinetics procedures

Ensure staff files are treated confidentially and kept in order.

Requirements:

Previously worked in a senior administrative role

Confident oral and written communicator at all levels

Excellent telephone manner

Thorough attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

Intermediate Excel & Word

Able to multi task and deal with any number of issues at any one time

Discretion in the handling of confidential information

Organised, to ensure the smooth running of all processes.

Have a flexible approach to work and be willing to undertake a wide variety of duties as they arise.

Work well under pressure

Ability to plan and effectively manage time in order to work to deadlines

Receptive to change & committed to continuous improvement

Ability to prioritise numerous projects at the same time

Displays confident and accurate communication skills

Ability to build and manage good working relationships with internal and external customers at both macro and micro levels
