Team Member/Administrator - Learning Programme
Location: Derby
12 month contract role - £8.50 ph PAYE
Project Details:
The Learning Team Member adds value by delivering SSC actions as determined by the Learning Programme.
Duties:-
- Maintain schedules for learning programmes and allocate the required resources
- Produce and distribute standard letters, certificates and forms
- Creates and maintain various files to meet record-keeping requirements
- Manage and record document flows
- Communicate and follow-up on time lines for specific Learning processes
- Maintain records related to licence to operate requirements
- Support delivery of reports for planning and monitoring purposes
The candidate may work in other HR Services areas and “fill in” during periods of heavy workload.
Required Skills/Experience:-
- English and Maths GCSE minimum grade C
- Certificate in Personnel Practice beneficial
- Knowledge and understanding of Learning processes and policies preferred
- Computer literacy essential and experience of SAP/CRM tools is preferred
- Ability to effectively prioritise and organise workload. ·Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
- Demonstrate effectiveness when resolving conflict.
- Ability to multi-task essential given the wide range of solutions supported
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Ability to probe to obtain deeper, more detailed information in relation to enquiries
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
- Ability to answer queries on own initiative by effective use and interpretation of relevant data /available information
- Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Ability to develop and deliver oral and written communications, which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner.
