A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated audio visual systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a Sales Team Secretary to enhance the current team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained in a similar role.
“Support the sales team”
The Role: * To provide full secretarial support to division managers and the sales team
* Typing of correspondence and manage emails
* Preparing proposals and tender documents
* Formatting PowerPoint presentations
* Formulating excel spreadsheets
* Co-ordination of diaries
* Will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* This is a challenging role as you will perform a wide variety of complex tasks in order to provide the highest level of support to the sales team
Benefits: * 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period)

of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year
