FINANCIAL CONTROLLER/OFFICE MANAGER
£30-40K + Pension + BUPA + Potential share options + 25 Days Holiday
THE COMPANY
Since starting in 2004, this company continues to grow and diversify in the rail market. They provide software for Train Operating Companies (TOCs) so that they can run an efficient operation. Demand for this software has far exceeded expectations, hence they are looking to recruit a competent and motivated Financial Controller/Office Manager.
THE ROLE
As a Financial Controller/Office Manager, this person will be:
- Producing management accounts and budgeting
- Dealing with supplier contracts: ie. stationery, insurance, car leasing etc.
- Undertaking HR and administration duties
- Using SAGE to ensure the office runs efficiently
THE PERSON
The Financial Controller/Office Manager position will suit someone who has previously worked for a smaller company who wants to develop their role further with a growing company. They will need:
- 3-5 years experience in a financial control office
- Previous experience of using SAGE
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to negotiate new supplier agreements
- Excellent communication skills
