COMMERCIAL PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Newbury £10.00 per hour
Our Client is the worlds largest mobile telecommunications organisations they are currently seeking a Project Commercial Coordinator to work in Global Supply Chain Management operations team, responsible for supporting 6000 users across 7 countries, Ensuring SCM Systems and process are run effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in a similar role with in depth understanding of operational Supply Chain Functions good knowledge of SCM and SAP self – service technology. Commercially focused with drive for results and continuous improvement.

“Project Plan”
The Role:
• To manage and establish effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and provide operational support to the procurement function.

• Process purchase orders reviewing orders and releasing to suppliers and roll out to group function electronic invoicing, looking at improving processes.

• 3rd Line support help desk – remedy, ticket system all SAP related

• Be a proactive team member of supply chain management taking on Adhoc projects.

• Provide commercial and operational reporting solutions and ensure SCM systems and process are run efficiently and effectively

• Will have good analytical skill sets to provide reports and presentations.

• A proactive approach to work with excellent interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of SAP advantageous, will be dealing with electronic purchase requisitions through SAP, Good Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
