One of the most reputable, high profile and commercial entities within the region is currently seeking to recruit a Shared Service Performance Manager within its large expanding finance team. The company is undergoing significant growth through acquisition, leading to exciting integration project work as part of each role. The business has recently enjoyed further profit growth from last year and has a strong outlook for 2009.

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part qualified or qualified by experience accountant with experience working within or on shared service projects or projects related to implementing KPI and performance tracking systems and processes.
The role will involve implementing performance measurement systems for the shared service centre of a FTSE 100 business and ensuring results are presented in a consistent and timely way. You will also be responsible for producing monthly reports and accounts as well as balance sheet reconciliation.

The person
Ideal applicants will be confident and able to deal with finance managers and the Head of shared services. You will be creative, innovative and able to deliver on your own ideas. The role will provide a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure and recognition within the business at the highest levels.
