My Client is a software house developing Payroll and HR solutions
The role is for a Sales Executive/Account Manager with potential to become Sales Manager - selling the company’s software to both public and private sectors. The person will work within their small sales department reporting back to the 2 directors.
This is a big opportunity for the right person who is prepared to work hard, within a small and successful company. This company has a proud record of supplying good software and building strong relationships with their customer base.

Role -
1. Building pipeline of potential new customers for the integrated Payroll and HR system.
2, Completing ITT’s etc
2. Developing possible links with relevant 3rd parties.
3. Attendance at trade shows (usually 2 a year)
4. Involvement in marketing, sales literature, advertising.
5. Account Management
6. Reporting pipeline progress back to the directors.
7. Covering all of the UK
Salary
Basic salary, commission, terms of employment and car will all be discussed at the interview.
