Management Accountant - £20 - £25K - Welwyn Garden City

Our Client, one of the areas most prestigious employers, a blue chip entity based in Welwyn Garden City is recruiting for an excellent junior management accountant to join their medium sized finance team at their impressive Head Office.

The successful candidate’s Key Duties:

Month End Processing
Accruals, prepayments, allocations & reconciliations.
Data collection, compilation and input for month end processing and ad-hoc adjustments.
P&L review meetings
Provide support and month end reporting.
Development of accurate & timely procedures & reports to enhance the accuracy & detail of the company accounts
Proactive and continuously improving process and systems
Assist Business Services with budget preparation and input

The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background as well as be AAT qualified or studying towards your CIMA or ACCA qualification. You will be a quick learner, computer literate, be able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment. A good grounding of basic accounting concepts and previous management accounting experience is desirable.
