Finance Manager, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Rickmansworth, Herts
Our Client, a well know market leader in their chosen field is looking to source the capabilities of a highly competent Finance Manager to manage the financial planning, control and analysis of Retail operations, property and central costs Nationwide. Reporting directly in to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will help drive the continued profitable growth and successful development of the fore mentioned areas of the business.
You will be Qualified with a minimum of 4 years PQE and have a proven track record of commercial awareness and an ability to influence at all levels. Overall success will be achieved by:

•Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long term financial planning ensuring optimum resource allocation and achievement of company performance targets.
•Co-ordinating the reporting of sales, KPIs and cost performance, challenging variances, identifying risks and opportunities.
•Developing accurate targets by store.
•Providing and managing financial analysis and control of strategic Retail initiatives.
•Supporting the Property team with capital investment and post investment review.
•Motivating, managing and developing a team to achieve reliable and quality output.
