£20,000 - £25,000 + commission/bonuses

In order to achieve these high standards we spend a great deal of time and effort recruiting and then developing our consulting team. The following criteria are pre-requisites to any application:
•Excellent academic background up to an including degree level.
•Experience in a business to business sales based environment (12 months+).
•Extensive communication skills and examples of influencing, and building business relationships.
•A track record in showing a mature, credible and commercial approach to decision making.
•An ability to communicate with all levels.
•Drive, tenacity, enthusiasm and plenty of commercial acumen.
•The ability to learn from others, and work within ever changing parameters.
In return the successful individual will have the opportunity to build their own career path whilst working in an environment that allows for autonomy, creativity and entrepreneurial flair. Most importantly we play to consultants’ strengths rather than adopt a blanket targeting approach based on volume as opposed to skill and quality. Graduates will be considered with a minimum of 12 months experience (or gap / placement year).
