QA/Quality Auditor

An exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor has arisen to join a forward thinking and growing food manufacturing company which supplies high risk food to the major multiples.

In this role you as the ideal candidate will be involved in conducting audits such as Internal BRC audits, CCP audits, GMP audits and Traceability audits, experience in these areas is advantageous as would experience of working within the chilled food environment. You will also be involved taste panels, shelf life of products, non-conformance’s, calibration of equipment, maintaining the microbiological and chemical database and maintaining strong communication between all departments.

In order to fulfil this role it would be advantageous if you hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or higher, a HACCP qualification, an Internal Auditors qualification and ideally experience working with high care food products. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role as is being IT literate.
