Project Manager – UPS/Power Electronics
Territory: UK, location ideally Midlands (home based role)
Salary: 35k to 40k basic + bonus, car, final salary pension and other excellent benefits
Our client is a leading power electronics solutions provider.
An opportunity has arisen for a field based Project Manager to join the Project Services Team at Slough.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the diverse and complex range of project issues, proactively working to ensure each customer has the very best impressions of the Company.
• In addition you will be responsible for taking ownership of all Project issues and see through to successful completion.
• Become familiar with the Company’s Product range and be able to offer solutions to our customers.
• Become a Champion for our customers, to use influence within the Company to ensure that the customer’s needs are always actively addressed.
• Develop sound business relationships with our customers based on integrity and respect.
• Ensure that all Project processes are completed.
• Drive the Project Communications strategy.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Applicants must have project management experience in a related UPS/Power Electronics field
- HNC in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent
- In addition you will need to be computer literate, articulate in both written and verbal communications, have commercial awareness and have multi-tasking ability
- 16th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (preferred) with experience of electrical installations (essential)
- Excellent presence in front of customers
