Production Shift Manager / Production Supervisor

£25000 - 28000 + benefits

A new and exciting role has emerged due to continued growth and expansion of this leading food manufacturer.

Reporting to the production manager you will have the accountability to autonomously lead and manage your team to meet end exceed the company specific targets. Already with a background of FMCG within the food industry you will have evidence of success within a similar position.

This opportunity will appeal to an excellent man manager who can deliver results through effective utilisation of the team and their skills, whilst effectively planning the longer term coaching and development of individuals for continued improvement.

You will be accountable for delivering production runs to schedule and delivering on all paramount aspects such as H&S, hygiene, and quality. Working in a very fast paced environment you will have an ability to achieve all these aspects under pressure and to tight deadlines.
