Our client, a well established property development company that has undergone recent expansion through securing several new contracts and winning business, has an exciting opening within its Southern Finance Department. Reporting into the Finance Manager’s you will play key role in the preparation of management accounts and in turn aid the company in delivering successful projects. Other duties will include detailed variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring relevant compliance and providing ad-hoc analysis. The successful applicant will be CIMA/ACCA part qualified / finalist (or of similar calibre) be pro-active in your approach and have some property development / construction exposure. Additionally you must be confident in using Excel and other accounting packages and have a questioning nature.
