My client, a leading employer based in picturesque Cheltenham, is looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with a proven financial background.
Responsibilities include the following:
Provides technical liaison with suppliers and business partners
Work with external customers and third party suppliers
Provide business expertise
Provide technical support to programmes and projects on products, processes, procedures and business systems
Produce technically accurate functional specifications including flow diagrams
Collaboration with key customers
Collaboration across IT and operational business areas
The successful candidate will have:
Good problem-solving, decision-making and judgement skills
A minimum of 3 to 4 years knowledge of Financial Services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant business experience in the life & pensions business
Good negotiating skills
It is essential that you have the ability to work under pressure and cope with demanding situations. 3 years of Business Analysis experience is required along with Commercial and Financial awareness.
