Accounts Assistant - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Our client, who are a becoming a major player in their chosen field are currently looking to expand their finance team by recruiting an accounts assistant.
The successful individual will be reliable, well organised and with relevant experience of accounting functions. Ideally they will have experience of Sage, be methodical in their approach, good at prioritising and have good attention to detail.
Additional duties:
- Ensure invoices are properly coded.
- Petty cash maintenance
- Maintain purchase invoice filing system.
- Matching to purchase orders.
- Posting bank payments to Sage.
- Credit control including debtor reconciliations.
- Ad hoc accounting duties.
Ideally you will be looking to grow and develop as this is perfectly suited to a candidate studying towards a professional qualification with 2 years experience in an accounting position.
