Due to the ongoing growth and success of a well respected independent Healthcare Communications Agency based in the North West, there is the opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team. The company have a strong team of 35 people and are steadily increasing in size. They specialise in publication planning, congress management and brand / corporate materials. You will directly liaise with clients on all key accounts to ensure their continued profitability.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering revenues between £500,000 and £1,000,000 per annum. You will actively be involved in the development of new business gaining new clients, and organic business growth within your existing designated accounts. You will manage 2 Account Executives and enjoy travelling to conferences and events where appropriate.

Suitable candidates for the Account Manager position will ideally have at least two years experience gained from within a Medical Communications Agency and a good scientific background. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills and flexibility as you will be liaising with clients and external parties at all levels. Experience of strategic publication planning would be a distinct advantage.
